Refund policy

At Jewels on Bedford we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging it was shipped in. The item(s) must also have all original tags and labels attached.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping charges when returning an item, unless the item is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid label to return the item(s).

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will conduct a quality inspection to ensure the item(s) is in its original condition. Once the item(s) pass the inspection, we will refund you the purchase price minus any shipping costs from your original order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect on your account.
